Retiree Transition Assistance

Retiree Transition Assistance – Assistance with mental health prevention and intervention services to support retirees in successfully transitioning through and thriving in retirement. Support through transition, up to 24 months post-retirement. Up to  $2,500/person, lifetime allotment (if PEER 100 Assistance benefits were used when active, funds may be used up).

We do not reimburse individuals, we pay the providers directly. 

Verification of service/retirement dates is required.
